At BookPlanet.in, we specialize in selling pre-owned, second-hand books at affordable prices. Each book is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it is complete, readable, and in good condition.

No Return, Refund or Exchange

All purchases made on BookPlanet.in are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

A replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

• You receive a completely wrong book.
• The book is missing during shipment and confirmed by the courier.
• The package arrives with severe transit damage that makes the book unreadable.

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos as proof. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
